Parlamentul a ratificat un nou acord de finanțare cu Fondul Internațional pentru Dezvoltarea Agricolă
Legislativul a ratificat ieri Acordul de finanțare dintre Republica Moldova și Fondul Internațional pentru Dezvoltarea Agricolă în vederea realizării Proiectului „Îmbunătățirea capacităților pentru transformarea zonei rurale” (IFAD VIII).
Acordul reprezintă un proiect investițional cu finanțare din sursele Fondului Internațional pentru Dezvoltarea Agricolă în sumă de 18 939 000 de euro, credit pe termen lung, și 5 537 415 dolari SUA, grant nerambursabil finanțat din Fondul de Adaptare.
Scopul final al Acordului constă în asigurarea dezvoltării pe scară largă a economiei prin acordarea investițiilor complementare, întru îmbunătățirea nivelului de viață a populației rurale din Moldova si reducerea nivelului de sărăcie.
Banii vor fi folosiți pentru ca afacerile din agricultură să devină mai durabile, mai competitive și mai atractive pentru investiții, prin implementarea inovațiilor și tehnologiilor adaptive la schimbările climaterice. Acordul de finanțare are o perioadă de șase ani.
Moldpres [:ru]Законодательный форум ратифицировал сегодня соглашение о финансировании между Республикой Молдова и Международным фондом сельскохозяйственного развития в целях выполнения проекта «Повышение потенциала для преобразования сельской местности» (IFAD VIII), передает МОЛДПРЕС.
Соглашение представляет собой инвестиционный проект, финансируемый из средств Международного фонда сельхозразвития в размере 18 939 000 евро, долгосрочный кредит, и 5 537 415 долларов, безвозмездный грант, финансируемый из Адаптационного фонда.
Конечная цель соглашения - обеспечить широкомасштабное развитие экономики путем предоставления дополнительных инвестиций, чтобы улучшить уровень жизни сельского населения Молдовы и снизить уровень бедности. Деньги будут использоваться для того, чтобы сделать сельскохозяйственный бизнес более устойчивым, более конкурентоспособным и более привлекательным для инвестиций за счет внедрения инноваций и технологий, адаптированных к изменению климата. Соглашение о финансировании заключено на шесть лет.
Moldpres [:en]The parliament today ratified the agreement on financing between Moldova and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), in order to carry out the project, Improvement of capacities for transformation of rural areas (IFAD VIII).
The agreement represents an investment project with financing from sources of the International Fund for Agricultural Development amounting to 18, 939, 000 euros – long-term loan and 5, 537, 415 dollars – a non-refundable grant financed from the Adaptation Fund.
The final goal of the agreement is to ensure the wide-scale development of the economy through providing complementary investments, in order to improve the living standards of Moldova’s rural residents and reduce the poverty level. The money will be used, so that the businesses from agriculture become more sustainable, more competitive and more attractive for investments, through the implementation of adaptive innovations and technologies to the climate changes. The financing agreement has a six-year period.
